Meet Nick Sanders
Born and raised in Springfield, Nick met his wife of 12 years at Parkview High School. Together, he and Erin are the proud parents of triplets. “People ask how we manage triplets,” says Nick. “And I just tell them that Erin and I never knew any different. One day there were two of us and the next day there were five!”
While Isabella, Sophia and Calvin keep the Sanders Household buzzing, Nick still finds time to support his community. He can thank his wife’s late grandfather, Lenzie Beck, for giving him the Auctioneering bug. Lenzie was incredibly warm-hearted and a veritable icon.
In 1989, Lenzie was inducted into the NAA Hall of Fame. “Observing the positive impact that Lenzie had on the community was inspiring to me,” says Nick. “My hope was that by receiving my certification, I could give back by donating my time as an Auctioneer.” And give back he has. Nick donates his time to more than 25 events annually. Over the last 10 years, he has helped raise nearly $13 million in charitable donations at auction events.
Known for his quick wit and ability to captivate a room, Nick’s positive energy is truly contagious.
